1. All paintings are hand painted, they are all gallery wrapped over a stretcher bar and ready to hang, you could choose any gallery wrapped paintings you like, please note shipping cost will be charged separately as there would be a big difference in shipping per the size you may order and the way you prefer to ship, either by courier, by air or by sea.

2. All gallery wrapped paintings will be packaged with 4 paper plastic corners, shrink wrapped and well-packaged with cardboard to ensure your painting arrive in a good condition. For bulk order, if you have special packing instruction, such as marks on the carton, placing your company logo and etc, please tell us the details.

3. We have some recommended normal sizes, ,but you can customize any other sizes as you requirements.

Recommended normal sizes(cm):

·For square: 50x50 60x60 70x70 80x80 100x100

·For rectangle: 30x40 50x60 50x70 60x90 75x100 90x120 40x90 60x120 40x120 30x80

4. Normally delivery day is 12-15 working days, but for bulk order over 500+ paintings, it may take extra 10-20 days, it will be confirmed with you.

5. Some suggestion for ordering gallery wrapped paintings:

· Compared with shipping loose canvas orders by courier, gallery wrapped paintings' shipping cost is more higher as it is charged based on the volume weight of the package: Height(M)x Width(M)x Length(M)/6000 KGS, so we would suggest you could order the size of gallery wrapped paintings no bigger than these sizes: 60x60CM/ 30X80CM for small order, as with the same shipping cost, you could find a local frame shop to frame or stretch your paintings.

· After receiving your package, please open the carton to check paintings, if you find any gallery wrapped painting is damaged, please do take notes when you sign the receipt and make comments immediately to the shipping company by leaving the damaged paintings where they are and in their original conditions. You could also take pictures of the damaged paintings and contact us, we will ask for refund or compensation from the shipping company for you and get the replacement paintings shipped to you.

· For order volume weight, over 1CBM Height(M)x Width(M)x Length(M)= 1MX1MX1M, suggest to ship by Sea to save your freight, but it is up to you.

· E-mail us the item number of the painting and size you interested, we will prepare the invoice for your approval. Please provide us more of your ordering info if you are planning to order more gallery wrapped paintings so that we could take volume discount into consideration when pricing your order.
